CONFIGURE DEFAULT PRIORITIES - Allow unique name for configuring default priorities so that one can create more than one default priorities for various occasions and use them as required.

The Options menu - CONFIGURE DEFAULT PRIORITIES should have an option to give a name or code to the list of Process name added with their own unique "Default priority when launched" option. For example, High or A list will have following:
winlogon.exe High*
explorer.exe Normal*
ProcessGovernor.exe Above normal*, and so on

Normal or B list will have following:
explorer.exe Above normal*
ProcessGovernor.exe High*
Chrome.exe Normal*, and so on
